It’s Tuesday folks and you know what that means! Today I have a few firsts to share with everyone. A few days ago I found out that I have been added to the MLB PRO Blogroll, which is downright exciting. I started my blog back in March as a way to express myself and commit to writing. I have really enjoyed sharing my thoughts with all my readers and I am happy to hear that people are enjoying it! I wanted to thank Mark Newman at MLB.com for being so kind and really welcoming me with open arms. For more MLBlogs, you can check out the June leaders on MLB.com Blogs Central.
Next I want to share with you my discovery of an amazing green brand whose mission is “To Enhance the Lives of Those We Touch by Helping People Reach Their Goals”. A few weeks ago I was on the hunt for a job that would afford me the luxury to work from home and what I found was nothing short of a blessing. Melaleuca is known as a $1+ billion wellness company, which is great, but what stood out for me is the fact that they have been green since their inception, before being green was even popular. We are talking allllll the way back to 1985, two years before I even saw the light of day.
Being a vegan and someone who believes that it is our duty to take care of the amazing world we live in, instead of taking it for granted, I felt like discovering Melaleuca was divine intervention. I now rest easy knowing that the products I buy every month are not only safe for me and my husband, but they are also safe for my animals and the Earth. I have always had legitimate concerns about buying products that are full of toxins and dangerous chemicals and that also test on animals – you would be surprised at how many companies still practice this – but I can honestly say that my worries are at bay.
If you would like more information about Melaleuca, feel free to email me at c.campins@yahoo.com.
Cheers to the Earth and to the animals!
