Vegan Tuesdays – The Burger!!!

I am sooo excited about this post!   I know I told you about my favorite portobello burger, which pretty much entails just grilling the mushrooms and adding toppings, but what I am sharing with you today is a much more intricate burger – a totally different approach to the vegan burger.    Thanks to handy dandy Pintrest, I found my new favorite burger recipe that includes a go-to veggie, sweet potatoes!  It goes without mentioning that sweet potatoes have the most overall nutrients when compared to all other vegetables and they taste amazinggg.

On to the good stuff…this burger was to DIE for!  These are 100% vegan and they are ready in under an hour.   Working as a team, Breanna and I were able to prepare them in about 35 minutes.   🙂  I took a few pictures before I devoured my burger but I didn’t include them because the professional one puts mine to shame.  🙁  You can click on the picture above to be redirected to the recipe from Edible Perspective.  Note: I left off the bun and the bell pepper because that is the ONE veggie I…for lack of a better word, ABHOR.  😉  In all seriousness, you HAVE to try this burger.   I don’t have enough adjectives to describe how amazing it is!   Bon Appetite!
